Musical Theatre Dance & Tap Instructor: Karlee Ferreira
Karlee Ferreira has been immersed in the world of theatre and dance from a young age, growing up as a competitive dancer and participating in community theatre. Her passion for theatre has been a driving force in her life since she was little, leading her to an illustrious career in the performing arts.
Karlee’s professional experience includes notable roles and performances on Broadway and National Tours. She has served as Dance Captain, Swing, and Understudy for Peggy/Maria for various productions of Hamilton, including the Chicago, Los Angeles (Eliza Tour), and Angelica Tour.
Additionally, she was cast in the Broadway production of In the Heights as a Vacation Swing and performed across the country as a Swing in the First National Tour of Aladdin.

Sing, dance, act, and sparkle in this fun-filled musical theatre class inspired by the world of Trolls! Young performers will build confidence, learn theatre basics, make new friends, and rehearse a Trolls-inspired mini musical packed with music, movement, and imagination.

History Remix
(Ages 9–12)
Travel through time in this high-energy musical theatre adventure inspired by today's most popular Broadway musicals! Students will build skills in singing, acting, choreography, and storytelling while working together to fix a broken timeline. The session concludes with an original performance for family and friends

At YIT Academy, private students will have fun exploring their musical and performing arts creativity! All lessons include a specified curriculum to help students grow to their highest potential! Instructors cater to each student’s individual learning style to help students build effective practice habits and excellent technique. Whether you want to play for enjoyment school, chorus or beyond our teachers will help you reach your goals and full potential. Students will explore a variety of genres including classical, popular, jazz, musical theatre, blues and more.
Private Voice Lessons with Julie
Students will learn proper breathing, posture, tone production, intonation, resonance, straightening break, diction, phrasing, ear training sight reading skills in addition to performance style and interpretation.
Private (Voice or Piano) Lessons with Jeanne
Students will have fun exploring their musical creativity! In addition students will learn music theory, rhythm, technique, musical phrasing and more. Instructors cater to each student’s individual learning style and help students build effective practice habits and excellent technique.

Private ACTING OR Audition Prep Lessons for All Ages
In audition prep lessons students will receive help finding audition materials for any and all auditions. In addition, students will learn how to wow the directors and gain confidence for your audition. Available in packages of 3, 5, 6 or 8 30-minute lessons, and are scheduled at any time with your instructor.
